Our organisation is a ONE STOP SOLUTION FOR SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS REQUIREMENTS OF MARITIME INDUSTRY. Our team comprises of experienced professionals including Master mariners, marine engineers, commercial, insurance and legal experts. We are licenced manning agents, RPSL No: RPSL–MUM–245. The company offers a highly professional service to its clients based on trust and integrity combined with speed of response. SSS Maritime Services and Consultants Private Limited aims to assist marine and offshore companies and provide quality ship personal to promote a Safe and friendly working environment. Various activities include identification of suitable candidates for maritime positions at all ranks in leading shipping companies worldwide with exposure, pre-induction and placement with shipping companies. We provide full or partial crew management for all types of vessel’s. We have experience with employing crew from a wide range of countries to meet client requirements. The manning services, which we will provide, will encompass the following
Provision of competent officers and crew, certified in accordance with STCW 2010 and also with qualifications as considered necessary for the vessel and the trade.
Maintaining a company pool of seafarers to ensure that continuity and Quality is maintained on all manned ships.
Providing competence enhancing training to seafarers either in-house or through tie-ups with external agencies.
Arrangement of medical examination and fitness certificates of Seafarers
Arranging visa, ticketing, and coordinating with the joining port agents to ensure smooth joining of the sea farers and also to relieve and rotate as per the requirements of the Principals
Training/ Briefing before embarkation: The company conducts short term Value added /familiarization courses. Additionally films and videos are shown on board.
Handling of P N I claims in respect of seafarers
Representing the principal for legal cases filed in India by the crew on matters claiming disability, medical, or breach of employment contract or any other.
Establishing close liaison with unions and other regulatory bodies
Entering into agreement with MUI or NUSI if owners require ITF/IBF compliant wage contracts
Victualing and supply of provisions and other required stores.
Implementation and follow up of drug and alcohol policies as per the requirement of the Principals.
Arrangements of payments of earnings and allotment, arranging Cash to Master, maintenance of accounting & portage bill of crew engaged on manned vessels.
Annual Payroll Budgets.
Visits to the vessels by the Superintendents to supervise the crewing arrangements.
Additionally we can also provide Technical Superintendents for supervision of Dry-docking / repairs, carrying out condition Surveys, Internal ISM Audits, etc.
